The community aims to help clinicians progress from no genetics knowledge to confident clinical use through mentorship, cases, and peer learning. The educational model relies on collaborative learning rather than a single top-down expert authority. Community members are not required to use the 3x4 test, and competitor tests are welcome. The 3x4 Community rejects hierarchical gatekeeping and allows clinicians from many disciplines to participate.
