Accessibility was rated as the most effective overall strategy cluster. Participants perceived strategies reducing practical barriers as the most effective way to increase HPV vaccination. Making vaccines more accessible for people with limited healthcare access was the top-rated individual strategy. There was no statistically significant difference in completion times between experienced researchers and novice researchers. Participants preferred illustrations and graphics over cartoons and photographs because cartoons could seem patronising and photographs confusing. The study interprets accessibility factors as practical issues that may determine whether vaccination intention becomes action. Participants said SAFER-MH needed to be more visual and less text-heavy for people living with dementia. Simplification recommendations included simpler wording, clearer images, and more realistic examples. Participants recommended multiple resource versions for different accessibility needs, including large print and Braille.
