Active Climate Stewardship

Active stewardship is explicitly distinguished from reckless or indiscriminate intervention. Passive non-intervention in planetary systems is no longer a neutral choice given the scale of human impact. Humanity is a de facto manager of planetary systems regardless of whether that role is consciously accepted. Nature as a self-correcting force can no longer manage carbon absorption, ocean chemistry, or land system stability without active human support.
