The AI-READI public data release restricted some individual-level demographic and site identifiers to reduce reidentification and stigmatizing secondary-analysis risks. The secondary analysis included 1067 participants with assigned glycaemic status and MoCA data from the first public AI-READI release. The analysis used data from the NIH-funded multicentre AI-READI study. Participants were recruited from academic medical centres in Birmingham, San Diego, and Seattle.
