Aqua Method

The Aqua Method is positioned as an alternative or adjunct before surgery in selected cases, not as a rejection of necessary surgery. The Aqua Method's evidence base is not definitive and relies largely on clinical observations, cases, and early data. The Aqua Method combines whole-body assessment, biologic treatment, laser exposure, tissue mobilization, movement retraining, and mind-body work. The Aqua Method is expensive, in-person, and not widely available. The Aqua Method is a three-day integrative protocol for spine, joint, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions.
