ARI-ECAS

ARI-ECAS is a prospective community-based cohort study established in Shanghai in May 2024. ARI-ECAS aims to monitor ARI incidence, transmission, pathogens, coinfections, respiratory microbiota, and host responses. The study was designed to address hospital surveillance gaps by capturing infections outside hospitals.
