Home-based testing may reduce clinic-induced stress and provide more ecologically valid data. A seventh optional bonus test is available for approximately $20. Six baseline tests can be performed at home at no cost. Severe and very severe ME/CFS patients are underrepresented in research because immobility, insufficient caregiver support and exertional intolerance make conventional studies difficult. Assessments are sequenced so physically demanding or stress-sensitive procedures occur last. Phase 2 uses home visits for non-invasive assessments and blood sampling across autonomic, cognitive and metabolic domains. At-home tests serve as practical tools for establishing baseline measurements and monitoring anti-aging progress.
