Urban practice and higher knowledge scores were associated with more favorable prevention attitudes. Nearly half of respondents reported apprehension about discussing chemsex at the pharmacy counter. Insufficient knowledge or training, taboo, and fear of negative reactions were key barriers to discussion. Stigma toward chemsex users remained present among some respondents. A majority believed pharmacists should help initiate chemsex prevention discussions.
