Ballistocardiography

Ballistocardiography is the mattress cover's described sensing method. The sensor film detects tiny body vibrations caused by heart and breathing activity. Ballistocardiography supports inference of heart rate, HRV, respiration, movement, and sleep stages through machine-learning models. The sensor is described as highly sensitive to vibrations in and around the bed.
