Reflective diaries showed that care conversations expanded beyond bodily care to include personal meaning, emotion, household organisation, loneliness, anxiety, and changing family roles. Exploratory NPI-Q data suggested possible improvement in behavioural symptoms. No statistical analyses were performed because of small sample size, staffing constraints, and incomplete data. Descriptive quantitative data showed no clear changes in self-direction, quality of life, caregiver depressive symptoms, or mood. Reductions were noted in agitation, apathy, disinhibited behaviour, and aimless repetitive behaviour, but these trends were not statistically tested.
