Most respondents had heard of chemsex, but detailed knowledge was uneven. Higher knowledge scores were associated with personal experience, positive attitudes, male gender, and previous advice requests. Increasing age was negatively associated with chemsex knowledge. Formal education was an uncommon source of chemsex knowledge among respondents.
