Clinical Trial Data Reporting

Data errors in a phase 3 trial were identified post-publication, requiring formal author correction. The prior biologic therapy percentage was miscalculated using the total population denominator rather than the subgroup denominator. A percentage error arose from calculating a subgroup proportion against the total population denominator instead of the subgroup denominator. Corrections were applied to both HTML and PDF versions of the article. The corrections span both Table 1 (fatigue scores) and Supplementary Table 2 (baseline characteristics).
