Results are delivered to the clinician portal within two to three weeks of sample receipt. Jonah provides a PDF summary alongside the interactive portal view for documentation and patient communication. Clinicians control whether and how results are shared with clients. Clinicians can create a Jonah provider-portal account to order kits.
