Cluster 1 was the socioeconomically disadvantaged rural male reference group. Cluster 5 was described as the most structurally advantaged group but did not have a statistically significant depression association. Cluster 2 had significantly higher adjusted odds of screening positive for depression than Cluster 1. Cluster 3 had the highest depression risk and more than twice the odds of screening positive compared with Cluster 1. Clusters 4 and 5 were not significantly associated with depression.
