Three-virus co-infections occurred only among children or adolescents aged 2-6 years. HRV appeared in most three-virus co-infection cases. HRV/adenovirus was the most common co-infection type in the full cohort. SARS-CoV-2 had the lowest co-infection rate in two-virus heatmap analysis.
