For pedunculated polyps, stalk injection with epinephrine before polypectomy is standardised. Prophylactic clipping is standardised for selected larger pedunculated and flat-sessile polyps. Lesions larger than 4 cm are deferred because of safety concerns and the need for specialised elective removal. During the study procedure, only colorectal lesions smaller than 4 cm will be resected. All indicated polyps smaller than 4 cm will be removed during the procedure up to a maximum of 10 polyps.
