Fatigue, post-exertional malaise, cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, and cognitive issues consistently reached consensus. Pain-related items did not reach priority status because they were spread across many subcategories. Mental health symptoms were not prioritised, possibly because participants were concerned about psychosomatic framing or preferred to classify them as quality-of-life impacts. Gastrointestinal issues received lower scores, potentially because they may last for less time than other Long COVID sequelae.
