Conservative Movement Treatment

The first conservative target is improving movement options in the ventral cavity. After serious findings are ruled out, cervical radiculopathy is not treated as requiring a radically different strategy from the broader movement model. Cervical treatment may address occipito-atlantal flexion or extension based on posture and hyoid orientation. After sagittal cervical motion improves, rotation and side bending are addressed. Treatment assessment should include common movement indicators such as sternal angle and upper-body measures.
