Control Condition

Control participants receive routine standard care and attention-matched digital general health education. Control content excludes psychological resilience training, behaviour change techniques, and guided social participation practice. Control materials are delivered weekly over 7 weeks to match the intervention group's contact schedule. Both groups receive identical routine medical treatment, rehabilitation therapy, and nursing care apart from study-specific content. Control education covers stroke basics, complication management, nutrition, and general exercise advice.
