Negative February 2022 prediction values were interpreted as evidence consistent with de-implementation after accounting for broad pandemic effects. The controlled interrupted time series tested for monthly count changes after Wave 2 guidance. The synthetic control pool excluded EBI Wave 1 interventions, Wave 2 interventions, substitutes, and cancer-related treatments.
