Some channel-level recurrence biomarkers showed discriminative signal when ranked by ANOVA F-statistic. COVAREP extracted 74 acoustic and glottal descriptor channels for each participant. Recurrence rate was computed independently across all 74 COVAREP channels to form a 74-dimensional biomarker vector for each participant. Each COVAREP channel was analyzed as a scalar trajectory. Further mapping of channel identities to COVAREP descriptors is needed for deeper physiological interpretation.
