StackFeat-RL produced an eight-gene COVID-19 consensus panel. On COVID-19 miRNA data, methods achieved similar median AUCs without statistically significant pairwise differences. The StackFeat-RL COVID-19 consensus panel was a superset of the previously reported five-miRNA StackFeat signature. The COVID-19 miRNA dataset contained 122 serum samples, 332 miRNA features, and nearly balanced COVID-control classes.
