CRT Response Prediction Model

Existing CRT prediction models vary substantially in design, outcome definitions, variables, and algorithms, limiting generalisability. The protocol aims to use pooled effect estimates to weight predictors and create a simpler clinically usable score. The model will be derived from pooled evidence in a systematic review and meta-analysis and preliminarily validated in a retrospective real-world cohort. The protocol plans to develop a simplified bedside scoring model for CRT response. The intended output is an accessible scoring system and reference table estimating non-response probability.
