Two reviewers blinded to clinical data independently measured rotational alignment, and their mean measurement was used for analysis. All patients underwent low-dose CT within 8 weeks after surgery to assess rotational alignment. Imaging including CT can assess implant positioning, but abnormal rotational alignment should not automatically be interpreted as the cause of pain. CT evaluation remains relevant when mechanical problems exist, especially patellar maltracking.
