Effectiveness analyses compare fall rates, injurious fall rates, and unwitnessed fall rates between intervention and control periods using a ward/time-period approach. Primary outcome data are not collected during wash-in periods. Open-ended survey responses and interview transcripts will be analysed with inductive and deductive qualitative content analysis. The study plans 12 semistructured interviews lasting 30-45 minutes, conducted online or in person according to participant preference. The anonymous online survey after each webinar evaluates content, moderation, and organisation and takes about 10-15 minutes. Closed-ended survey responses will be analysed descriptively using Microsoft Excel. Data extraction will use a structured form in Kobo Toolbox with four reviewers working in parallel. Policy documents will be coded line by line in NVivo 14. The search strategy combines AMR and plastic pollution terms with policy and legal instrument terms. The research team will discuss analysis with Dementia Leaders participants to include multiple perspectives and reduce bias.
