Data Quality and Safety

Motor outcomes are rated from standardized de-identified videos by independent raters who are not involved in programming or LFP analysis. At least two raters score each video set, with third-rater adjudication when predefined disagreement thresholds are exceeded. Formal adverse event reporting is not required, but harms are monitored at visits and through participant contact.
