Dataset Access

The public OpenTME release does not include complete cell coordinates or full model-output polygon geometries. The license prohibits diagnostic use, redistribution, and model training aimed at replicating Atlas H&E-TME capabilities. Access requires individual registration with an institutional email and is granted at Aignostics’ discretion. OpenTME is distributed as a gated Hugging Face dataset for non-commercial academic research. Academic researchers can request use of the same pipeline on their own data or request outputs not included in the public release through the Research Access Program.
