High topic relevance and sufficient design quality may allow Delphi methods to sustain expert engagement even without incentives. REDCap was selected because its security, compliance, audit, and longitudinal survey features fit multi-round Delphi studies. A statement is validated only when ratings and qualitative responses show high consensus, low-to-no polarity, and at least weak support. Cronbach's alpha values in rounds 1 and 3 indicated strong internal consistency. Delphi methods are increasingly used in health sciences, but empirical evaluations of their methodological quality are uncommon. Existing Delphi evaluations often focus on panel composition or feedback design rather than participant dropout experiences. The Delphi method builds consensus through iterative expert consultation with anonymous feedback between rounds. Delphi methods collect expert judgments through iterative questionnaire rounds and use anonymized feedback to support convergence. The study used a three-round anonymous online modified Delphi process. Round 3 found consensus for 33 of 34 evaluated elements. Round 1 advanced 200 of 243 elements and added two quality-of-life elements from open-ended respons…
