CFA testing uses about 20 microlitres of capillary blood collected by finger prick. Microfilaria slide quality control includes checking all positive slides and 10% of negative slides by senior technical staff. Participants will be enrolled during household visits after being informed about the study purpose and procedures before consent. CFA will be tested using STANDARD Q Filariasis Antigen Test kits. Participants positive for CFA will receive same-night microfilaria testing between 22.00 and 24.00 hours.
