Group I had significantly longer dialysis-free and MAKE-free survival than the other trajectory groups. Some elevated risk estimates for Groups II and III lost statistical significance after fuller biochemical adjustment. During follow-up, the cohort experienced 221 ESKD events and 146 deaths. Dialysis incidence increased from Group I to Group IV. In the fully adjusted model, Group IV had significantly higher MAKE risk. In the fully adjusted model, Group IV remained significantly associated with dialysis initiation.
