DIPP is a randomised controlled feasibility study of a 21-day mobile-accessible preparation programme for healthy adults before supervised psilocybin. DIPP was designed to test whether self-guided digital preparation can deliver core preparation elements accessibly and safely. The DIPP structure was initially designed for psilocybin but is intended to be adaptable to other psychedelics.
