Generic pan-genotypic direct-acting antiviral treatment is available at much lower cost than previously. All eligible participants are offered sofosbuvir 400 mg plus velpatasvir 100 mg once daily for 12 weeks. Participants receive a first 4-week bottle of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir if eligible. Drug-drug interactions with sofosbuvir/velpatasvir are checked using the Liverpool HEP Interactions resource.
