Education may help improve patient attitudes and behaviours because knowledge affects practice directly and through attitude. Digital videos may expand reach and reduce barriers, but technology access disparities remain a concern. The video intervention used Bandura’s social learning theory to encourage observational learning and behaviour adoption. The peer educator model emphasised community empowerment, motivation, social support, and stress reduction. The antenatal intervention adapted behavioural change communication to cultural context to improve comprehension and impact. The study used three intervention approaches reflecting different delivery settings and target groups. Practice-focused interventions should target diet adherence, hydration, exercise, follow-up, and avoiding urine retention. Healthcare professionals should educate patients about symptoms, risk factors, recurrence, asymptomatic periods, and practical prevention. Attitude interventions should address distress from lifestyle and dietary changes.
