Public visibility is framed as a platform for transmitting a message rather than a source of fulfillment. Speaking truth involves tension between the friction of visibility and the cost of invisibility. Hiding, people-pleasing, and playing dumb are described as corrosive to the self. Visibility can bring stress, projection, envy, scrutiny, and energetic intensity. Visibility brings misunderstanding, conflict, and unmet expectations. Being true does not require broadcasting every belief in every context. Public pressure required stronger boundaries around energy, appearances, associations, household privacy, and communication.
