Ethical AI Capacity Building

African health AI governance training initiatives are emerging but remain fragmented and unevenly documented. Ethical AI capacity building is needed because principles and policy frameworks alone do not create institutional competence. The review maps and synthesises training initiatives that support ethical use and governance of AI in health across Africa. Training initiatives may include curricula, courses, workshops, fellowships, mentorships, in-service training, regulatory sandbox training, certificates, CPD modules, and manuals with learning objectives.
