The Evaluation Grid is the study’s main outcome measurement tool. The primary outcome is the Clarity and Understandability score, measured with three Likert-scale statements. The grid assesses information quality, audience adaptation, relevance and usefulness, and readiness to be shared with patients. Qualitative questions and source-identification questions are excluded from score calculations. The grid contains 24 statements for providers and 19 statements for patients, plus additional questions.
