The trial compares e-Health delivery with a face-to-face physiotherapy programme. Both intervention groups receive the same combination of McKenzie exercises and TENS. The face-to-face programme is delivered by six experienced therapists trained in both procedures. In-person treatment is provided through Andalusian Health Service rehabilitation and physiotherapy services in three Spanish provinces.
