Private for-profit facilities had lower adjusted odds of offering non-English language services than private non-profit facilities. Facility ownership was categorized as private for-profit, private non-profit, or public. The lower odds among private for-profit facilities may be related to costs of multilingual staffing, interpreter services, and training, as well as prioritization of higher-margin services. Facility ownership was one of the study's two primary structural predictors.
