The study expects to compare completion rates across low-, moderate- and high-burden procedures and evaluate whether supine tests are better tolerated than seated or standing tests. Tolerability is assessed through early termination, extra rest periods and patient-reported PEM after assessments. Feasibility is measured as the proportion of assessments completed with valid measured values. The primary objective is to evaluate whether home-based clinical and instrumental assessments are feasible and tolerable in severe to very severe ME/CFS.
