Feasibility will be assessed using Bowen et al.'s approach. Feasibility indicators include acceptability, fidelity, applicability, usability, recruitment and intervention dose. Demand will be assessed using attendance rates and the number of adverse events reported during the programme. Implementation will be evaluated by documenting deviations from the TCAFP protocol. The assessment domains include acceptability, demand, implementation, practicality, adaptation, integration, expansion, study limitations, and limited efficacy testing. Acceptability will be explored through focus groups and a post-test satisfaction question. Expansion will be examined by recording barriers and challenges relevant to future scale-up in Sri Lankan settings. Reflection forms are used to assess delivery, receipt, acceptability and fidelity of the intervention. The lifestyle support tool may be improved or have interventions removed if feasibility barriers are identified.
