The follow-up added psychosocial, reproductive health, sleep diary, actigraphy, anthropometric, blood, and stool sample measures. Future analyses are planned for longitudinal multi-omics, adipose tissue epigenomics and lipidomics, microbiome profiling, psychosocial outcomes, and reproductive health outcomes.
