Jakarta had almost complete 30-minute access to an HGO, while Papua and West Papua had none within that threshold. Distance-based coverage showed spatial inequities similar to travel-time coverage. About 34.4% of Indonesian women lived more than 100 km from gynaecological oncology services. Only about one-fifth of surveyed districts had most of their population within 30 minutes of an HGO.
