The high censoring rate and limited number of composite events require cautious interpretation of dynamic prediction metrics. The study's single-centre setting may limit generalisability to other paediatric contexts and broader autoimmune populations. The study included 514 paediatric patients followed from April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2025. The dataset came from Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust using the GOSH Paediatric Kidney Cohort. The cohort contained 8702 repeated creatinine measurements after excluding patients with only one measurement.
