Guideline Surveillance

Guideline surveillance continued for five years after surgery or until recurrence detection or death. Surveillance test performance inputs included sensitivity, specificity, adherence rate, and lead time. The base-case surveillance strategy followed National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines. The surveillance modalities were CEA testing, CT imaging, and colonoscopy. Biopsy was used to confirm positive surveillance findings.
