Gum Tissue

Because epithelial tissue can regenerate, gum tissue is presented as having potential to regrow under supportive conditions. Gums are described as epithelial tissue similar to skin tissue. Harsh oral-care ingredients may damage or stress gum tissue rather than help it heal.
