The health system assessment follows a three-phase approach guided by the WHO Health System Building Blocks framework. To mitigate attrition among migrants, only individuals planning to remain in the study area for at least six months are enrolled. All qualitative interviews are conducted in local languages by trained sociologists and audio-recorded with participant consent. Targeted vulnerable groups for health equity assessment include pregnant women, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, migrants, and tribal communities. The Malaria Matchbox Protocol is used to identify equity barriers and facilitators among vulnerable groups.
