The intervention was delivered through the Emento mobile platform as a digital care guide with text and video content. The guide contained 68 content elements, including appointment preparation, lifestyle guidance, mental health content, messaging, exercise options and meditations. The guide used a respectful and appreciative tone instead of encouraging unrealistic goals. HealthyPregnancy was designed to support recommended gestational weight gain and physical activity among pregnant women with pre-pregnancy BMI of 27 or higher in Denmark.
