Heterogeneity and inconsistency

Heterogeneity will be assessed with I-squared statistics using Cochrane guidance. Local inconsistency will be assessed with node-splitting and loop-specific methods. Global inconsistency will be assessed by comparing consistency and inconsistency models. Potential effect modifiers include publication year, patient characteristics, and intervention characteristics.
