High-grade lymphoma followed the same general pattern as the overall lymphoma cohort. Lymphoma subtype comparisons did not explain EQ-5D's poor criterion validity in the study sample. Detailed EQ-5D analyses were limited to high-grade lymphoma because other lymphoma subgroups were small. Criterion validity remained poor in high-grade lymphoma despite acceptable reliability and structural validity. EQ-5D showed strong reliability and acceptable structural validity in high-grade lymphoma.
