Psycholeptics were the most common medication class at the time of pressure ulcer occurrence in the definite DRPU group. Psycholeptics were also the class most frequently newly prescribed and dose-modified at pressure ulcer occurrence. Missed anti-Parkinson's drugs were clinically significant because interruption can rapidly re-induce rigidity and akinesia.
